Our new secretary is Kristy Humphrey. Stop by and say hello.

Students are selling tickets for the Spaghetti Drive-Thru. $20 feeds a family of 4. What a deal and all profits go back directly to the school.

7th and 8th grade students are raising money for their end of the year trip. Take a chance on half of a hog for only $5.00.

We will have our Halloween parade on October 31st at 1 pm with parties to follow.

I hope everyone is enjoying this wonderful weather.

Childhood is not a race to see how quickly a child can read, write, and count. Childhood is a small window of time to learn and develop at the pace which is right for each individual. At SSPP we truly try to accomplish that. It is not too late to enroll in our school for this school year.

The 7th grade just got back from a 3 day, 2 night retreat at Camp Magis.  There they learned the meaning of “Go Be Not Afraid & Serve”.  It was a mixture of fun, learning and service work. On Tuesday of this week the PK-2nd grade went to the fire station to learn about fire safety. The children were able to ride back to school on a fire truck. Meanwhile the 3rd thru 8th grade were treated to a presentation of wild rescued birds.

Manage your stress, eat healthy foods, exercise, spend time with your family, and get enough sleep. Taking care of yourself is the one thing you have complete control over.  Tomorrow may be too late.
